CONSORTIUM OF NORTH EAST STATES AND TRIBES
CONEST is an organization that is cosponsored by the
member states and tribes in the Northeast and the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA Regions I &II). CONEST has been
involved with lead regulations and accreditation of lead professionals.
A couple of organizational products have been produced
that benefits both the states and tribes in Region 1. One is the MOU
signed between tribes and states. The other product is STAMP, State &
Tribal Application for Model Pb Procedures.
